Teaching Artists are the lifeblood of our program, our most valuable asset. To ensure unity of purpose and intention, we train all prospective teachers extensively in classroom management skills and curricular integration, as well as ballroom training in our step syllabus.
Auditions are usually held in September or October, it is mandatory that all trainees attend all training dates. Audition time and place will be posted on our website as information becomes available. We will require all Teaching Artists to be available during school hours 4 days per week during the teaching year. Extensive ballroom experience is not a prerequisite.
